Ingenics is looking for a skilled and proactiveProject Engineer: Construction Supervisorto oversee the expansion of a new industrial facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the construction company meets all milestones on time, coordinating on-site activities, and validating civil, mechanical, and electrical works against the 100% design package. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project success through detailed tracking, escalation of delays, and development of recovery scenarios.**The position is based in Monterrey. At the moment, we are not offering relocation or travel support for this role**Key Responsibilities Oversee and monitor construction progress on-site through daily visits and written protocols Track general contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure access coordination Validate technical compliance of civil, mechanical, and electrical works Report weekly construction status to the client, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigations Escalate any deviations from the timeline promptly and propose recovery strategies Coordinate cross-functional communication among all stakeholders Ensure strict adherence to the 100% design package and safety standardsRequired Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum 3 years of industrial experience, with at least 2 years in construction management Strong knowledge of factory planning and industrial project management Advanced English communication skills is a MUST (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, MS Visio, CATIADesired Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Effective communicator and confident in escalating issues to stakeholders Proactive and hands-on approach to site supervision and documentationBenefits & Perks Competitive compensation package Opportunity to participate in high-impact industrial expansion projects Dynamic and collaborative work environment Career development and international exposureIf you are a proactive and accountable professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex construction timelines with confidence and composure —we’d love to hear from you.
