Job Description

The Sales & Technical Customer Manager is a strategic partner within the e-mobility team, responsible for leading technical & commercial relationships with key customers and OEMs. This role bridges engineering insight and commercial execution to support sustainable growth, innovation and operational excellence in the HV, Charging cables and busbar product lines for electric vehicles.Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support & Product DevelopmentProvide technical guidance on HV, charging cables and busbar products, including specifications and application support.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to channel market insights into product development.Support customers with product integration, troubleshooting and technical queries.Assist OEMs and Tier 1s in defining and validating product specifications.Manage the technical documentation and product approvals database.Propose and support VAVE initiatives to optimize product cost and performance.2. Commercial Execution & Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key OEM and Tier 1 stakeholders.Support the sales process, including quoting, contract review and technical presentations.Monitor HV sales performance, new project launches and opportunity pipeline.Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards.Drive customer OEM acquisition and retention in the e-mobility segment.3. Market Intelligence & Business StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitor activity and OEM needs in the EV cable industry.Identify growth areas and develop product diversification strategies.Support business case development for new opportunities aligned with strategic goals.4. Quality, Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure products meet relevant standards and customer specifications.Collaborate with QA teams to uphold quality throughout product lifecycle.Promote internal and external compliance and ethical practices.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in technical and commercial roles in the automotive cable or harness industry.Strong knowledge of busbar and high-voltage cable design and manufacturing.Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Business analysis and quoting experience.Fluent in English and Spanish.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel.
