Job Summary: This is a leadership role that requires a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of the sales team. The Assistant Boutique Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales, minimizing stock losses, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coach and develop sales staff to achieve maximum results Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills Oversee inventory management, including merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV's) Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury product setting Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, including fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand Demonstration of own initiative and commercial creativity Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed Benefits: Fashionable work environment Opportunity to develop leadership skills Competitive compensation package
