Marketing Director Reports to: CEO Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Mexico City Position Type: Full-time Level: Executive Leadership Industry: Executive EducationPurpose of the RoleTo design, execute, and optimize the marketing strategy that positions the organization as an industry leader, focusing on driving practical conversions in B2B markets. This includes leveraging Performance Digital Marketing tactics and a human-centered approach. The ultimate goal is to generate demand, increase institutional visibility, establish strategic relationships, and deliver qualified leads directly supporting commercial objectives.The ideal candidate will lead an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.  ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and track performance marketing metrics.Collaborate with internal and external clients and partnersManage marketing budget and show project ROIDesign and lead a comprehensive performance-driven marketing strategy focused on conversion within B2B markets.Oversee digital performance campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email automation, SEO/SEM, etc.), focusing on key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.Develop effective lead generation and nurturing strategies, particularly within the human capital, education, executive training, or HR sectors.Direct brand positioning across social media, digital platforms, and institutional channels.Establish strategic partnerships and lead public and institutional relations with key stakeholders.Drive relationship marketing initiatives to enhance client loyalty and engagement.Lead the implementation and optimization of analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, MarketingCloud, CRMs, custom dashboards, etc.).Manage and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize impact.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.A master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or an MBA is preferred.ExperienceMinimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on conversion strategies.Proven track record in human resources, education, executive development, or training sectors.At least 3 years of leading digital marketing teams and results-oriented projects.Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and scaling the sales pipeline.Technical KnowledgeExpertise in Performance Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM, inbound marketing, remarketing, etc.).Proficiency in marketing automation tools (SalesForce, Apollo, MarketingCloud, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).Strong command of key performance metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, MQL/SQL, CAC, CPC, ROI, etc.Knowledge of conversion methodologies: sales funnels, lead scoring, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Lead-Magnet Strategies, Call-To-Action Strategies, ATL Strategies, BTL Strategies.Core CompetenciesStrategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement long-term, data-informed marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams toward high-impact results.Digital Fluency: Mastery of digital tools and marketing technologies, including A/B testing, campaign optimization, and automation.Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis to guide decision-making and measure ROI across campaigns.Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of client needs in the B2B education and training landscape, with a human-focused communication style.Relationship Building: Capacity to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and anticipate shifts in market trends or educational technologies.Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities in English and Spanish (as required).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly generation of MQLs and their conversion to SQLs.Reduction of (CAC).ROAS per campaign.Growth in qualified website traffic and conversion rates on landing pages.Engagement and follower growth on key social media platforms.Participation in strategic forums and establishment of institutional alliances.
