Key Responsibilities Lead the launch of new business projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of Launch Engineering responsibilities. Implement engineered solutions through launches, documenting scope changes and deviations, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders and customers. Collaborate with sales, operations, quality, procurement, pricing, and IT teams to align internal and external requirements and deliverables. Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. Fluent English and Spanish language skills. Ability to travel 80%. 7-10 years of experience in engineering and management. 5-7 years of experience in automotive, technology, fulfillment, and e-commerce industries, including design and implementation of automation. Experience in solution design for customer RFQs, labor standard calculations, material handling equipment (MHE) calculations, space and storage design, and project management of multiple contributing disciplines. Experience in warehouse design/operations, slotting, and launch of warehouse operations. Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD, simulation software, Warehouse Management Systems, and ERP systems. Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvement methodologies. Key Qualifications Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
