Location: Chapultepec, Mexico City (On-site)This is a Jr Position.About the RoleFoundever is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst with a solid background in compliance, auditing, or risk management. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting internal and client-facing audits, assessing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping build a strong compliance culture across our operations.Key Responsibilities- Participate in the implementation of Foundever’s global compliance structure. - Provide subject matter expertise throughout the client lifecycle, including audits, risk assessments, go-live validations, and compliance with client security and contractual requirements. - Review internal and client processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and local regulations. - Support on-site audits, including PCI and client-specific audits, by gathering and presenting key process documentation. - Deliver regular compliance updates and best practices to business units. - Stay current with security, auditing tools, and industry best practices.✅ Requirements- Over 12 months of experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, or similar roles. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in operational business management or a related field. - Strong attendance and performance track record. - Schedule flexibility and willingness to work on-site ( Chapultepec). - Available to travel when required.Skills & Qualifications- Fluent English (minimum 85%) and Spanish – both written and spoken. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). - Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical and organizational abilities. - Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities independently. - Experience in environments requiring risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, or audit support.Why Join Foundever?At Foundever, you'll join a global leader in customer experience.
