HR specialist (Generalist with regional focus) (Mexico based) Fintech companyPosition Overview:Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR specialist to join the team as an HR Generalist . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions to enhance our organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:HR Generalist Responsibilities:HR Operations: Support all employee inquiries via various intake channels, including the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as benefits, records, salary, absences, hiring, and policies and proceduresOnboarding: Administrate and process new hire information. Facilitate new hire onboarding sessionOffboarding: Coordinate document creation and exit interviews for voluntary termsBenefits Administration: Ensure all employeesLOA: Case managementCompliance: Employee record updates, reporting. Assist with payroll and payroll related records. Update and maintain employee information, ensuring all HR-critical administrative transactions are accurate and handled in a timely and compliant manner. Update and maintain HRIS systemsProject Support: Assist with special HR projects – which can include plan, design, communicate, train and/or implementation.Data Integrity & Reporting: Aligned w/TA and Senior HR Manager to better support operational and project-based workOperational Excellence: Continuous optimization of the above areas of workQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven 3 years of experience as HR generalist, preferably in the fintech or technology industry with supporting regional (multi countries experience)Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Application Method:To apply for this position, please simply click on the “APPLY” button or send your full resume to (alexandra_leung@) in word format indicating the job title.
