Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Electronics Manufacturing / Industrial Automation About the role: Fancort Industries is seeking a high-performing, bilingual Sales Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling robotic soldering systems to electronics manufacturers across Mexico. You'll work directly with customers to develop automation solutions that improve their soldering processes, increase efficiency, and drive long-term value. We're looking for someone who understands electronics automation, has a technical grasp of process development in soldering, and is confident working with engineers, production leaders, and decision-makers. If you're driven, hands-on, and eager to grow in a high-impact sales role—we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell robotic soldering systems (contact and laser) throughout Mexico. Work with customers to understand their manual and semi-automatic soldering processes and identify automation opportunities. Lead technical consultations and support product demonstrations, POCs, and ROI evaluations with customers. Coordinate with our technical support and applications engineering teams to develop custom solutions. Build strong relationships with customers, from operators to senior engineers and purchasing teams. Prepare proposals, technical quotes, and commercial documentation in collaboration with the U.S. team. Manage your sales pipeline and CRM activity consistently and professionally. Travel frequently to visit customer sites, attend tradeshows, and support installations and follow-ups. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, or related field (preferred, not required if experience is solid). Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, automation equipment, or process development in electronics manufacturing. Strong understanding of robotic automation and soldering process (wave, hand soldering, selective soldering, etc.). Excellent interpersonal skills — you must be able to build trust, create value, and close deals. Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written). Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within Mexico. Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco (or willing to relocate).
