Regional Treasurer About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Treasurer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing operational support to our entities based in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Key Responsibilities Ensure the proper execution of payments within treasury management software (ideally Kyriba) in relation to all business stakeholders. Manage and resolve payment incidents in coordination with Group Treasury teams, banks, and the support center of the software provider based in the United States. Consolidate, control, and enter all cash forecasts into treasury management software to ensure smooth operation of USD and CAD cash pooling and operational continuity of Alten entities. Reconcile flows while ensuring sufficient level of control (e.g., abnormal flows, bank fees, current accounts). Act as point of contact for Group Treasury regarding treasury or payment issues for Alten entities within scope. Handle opening and closing of bank accounts as well as setting up necessary banking services for operations. Maintain, control, and update list of treasury management software users within scope, in relation to updating banking powers. Participate in administration of electronic banking tool within scope (if necessary). Contribute to implementation of treasury management software within scope and to continuous improvement of payment and treasury processes. Monitor, control, and report on bank fees.
