Job Description

A German-based company with a global presence in the industrial sector, specializing in solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for talented professionals to join its team. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in theautomotive industry ( direct collaboration with local OEMs, and understanding of the international and local automotive market and its stakeholders. - Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish. Technical Knowledge: - In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and regulations. - Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility. - Proficiency in supply chain management, fleet operations, and quality control. - Familiarity with digital transformation and automotive technology advancements. Main responsibilities: - Ensure the achievement of predefined, challenging business targets and secure sustainable results across all company operations, in line with the company’s strategic direction and performance expectations. - Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and International automotive market standards. - Oversee and optimize daily operations, including sales, logistics, and customer service. - Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies. - Drive organizational change and transformation projects to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. - Proven experience in effectively collaborating with labor unions in Mexico, ensuring constructive labor relations and compliance with local labor regulations.
