**Your Job**:As an Instructional Designer in the Learning and Development team within our Supply Chain and Business Systems division, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of learning at Koch Inc. This position demands creativity, innovation, and a keen understanding of how to empower our users with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.**Our Team**:You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team based in Guadalajara, Mexico, working under the Business Transformation Lead. Our team is dedicated to designing and sustaining innovative learning solutions that empower our Supply Chain users globally. We collaborate with internal team members, directors, and business transformation leads, focusing on excellence and high standards.**What You Will Do**:- Identify training content gaps through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to develop essential instructional materials.- Design and implement engaging multi-lingual instructional content, including microlearnings, videos, and quizzes.- Manage the production of multilingual content by collaborating with regional teams to ensure timely delivery.- Continuously update and improve learning solutions to meet the evolving needs of technology, processes, and audiences.- Market and promote instructional content using internal platforms.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:- Bachelor's Degree.- Minimum 3 years of related experience in instructional design and/or content development.- Bilingual proficiency in English- Demonstrable proficiency in Articulate 360, video editing software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and SAP SuccessFactors.- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.- Experience designing learning solutions for global, multi-language audiences.**Who We Are**:
