We empower businesses across multiple industries to streamline delivery operations, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and self-driven B2B Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This individual will independently manage the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing six-figure enterprise deals—targeting companies within the logistics and last-mile delivery ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a robust network, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of selling complex solutions across enterprise accounts.Responsibilities:End-to-End Sales Process Ownership: Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing six-figure deals: market research, identification of potential customers, first engagement & qualification, understanding of customer’s needs, presenting a customized demo, engaging with different departments involved or influencing the decision-making process, tailoring the proposal, and closure.Lead Generation & Business Development: Leverage professional networks, attend industry events (exhibitions, associations, etc.), and engage in outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold calling). Responsible for the creation of 80% of its own pipeline. Industry Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including logistics, e-commerce, IT managers, and senior executives.Qualifications & Experience:3+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience in an AE positionDeep industry expertise: Strong understanding of last-mile logistics challenges and established relationships within grocery, CPG, big & bulky, wholesale, and retail sectors.Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and independently managing complex sales cycles.Mature & self-sufficient approach: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to drive deals independently without extensive internal support.Languages: Fluent Spanish, professional English.Location: This is a remote, home office-based role. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area due to proximity to key clients and industry events. Territory:Mexico and other Latin American countries.
