What You’ll Do:Relate Search has partnered with a leading materials science company in their search for a Manager of Integrated Planning to serve as a global process expert. This role will support the Integrated Planning Center of Excellence (COE) by championing standard supply chain planning processes across multiple business units. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence global operations and ensure consistent, efficient execution of supply planning in a cutting-edge SAP S/4 HANA environment.Responsibilities:Own and standardize global supply chain planning processes within the SAP S/4 HANA platform.Enable execution of standardized planning activities across business units, acting as the subject matter expert for SAP planning capabilities.Recommend and document system settings and process improvements to align with best-in-class practices.Lead global change management initiatives related to supply planning and ensure proper knowledge transfer to business power users.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including planning managers, business leaders, and global data experts to ensure seamless integration of planning processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering.5–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including implementation and execution within systems like SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, IBP, or Kinaxis.Deep expertise in supply chain planning processes such as MRP, ATP, RCCP, and production planning.Familiarity with industry standards such as APICS certifications and global planning metrics.Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills within matrix organizations.Perks & Benefits:Opportunity to shape global planning standards at an enterprise levelCollaborative, innovation-driven cultureHybrid or remote work flexibilityAccess to leading technologies and world-class supply chain practicesCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageAbout Relate SearchRelate Search is a Woman, Minority, and LGBTQIA+ owned executive and professional search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with meaningful opportunity.
