Our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the team’s needs. We are seeking an Account Director to serve as a trusted adviser, focused on delivering value to customers in our sector. You will help customers engage with our solutions (Talent & Learning), seek growth opportunities, and act as their advocate to ensure success. You will balance strategic selling with client interests, always aiming to strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities: Research customer’s business and prepare questions and insights for meetings. Ask open-ended questions to understand customer objectives and challenges. Build relationships across multiple stakeholders within the customer organization. Adapt communication style to different stakeholders. Lead with solutions that align with customer goals, not just products. Sell with integrity and drive decision-making through shared vision and value propositions. Apply business acumen in crafting and negotiating agreements. Use data and insights to support recommendations and address objections. Proactively reduce churn risk with a customer-centric approach. Engage customers continuously to confirm value and optimize ROI. Identify opportunities for customer growth and deliver greater value. Consider economic, industry, and company factors in account planning. Map key stakeholders and develop outreach strategies. Collaborate with colleagues for customer success. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of sales closing experience. Native Spanish speaker. Business fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HR software and SaaS in LATAM. Experience selling IT solutions. BA/BS or equivalent in a related field. Knowledge of software contract terms. Strong negotiation and forecasting skills. Experience managing revenue targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage high-level business in evangelistic sales environments. Data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to assess business opportunities and understand prospect needs.
