Job Description

The Boutique Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team and executing operational and administrative responsibilities of a Montblanc Boutique, maintaining standards of a luxury brand with excellent customer service, product knowledge, compliance, personal presentation, and teamwork. The Boutique Manager oversees all aspects of retail boutique operations and leads the sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Compliance Accountable for the entire Boutique Plan with positive results, impact, and development. Responsible for meeting monthly sales budgets and growing results. Diagnose opportunities to execute weekly and monthly sales plans to reach sales objectives. Conduct daily briefings to align the team with sales objectives. Ensure accurate reporting of sales, stock, and CRM data. Assist on the sales floor as needed to coach the team, welcome clients, present new collections, and escort clients to the door. Analyze retail performance KPIs (UPT, AUP, AVB, conversion rate), identify business opportunities, and establish action plans. Oversee audit results, net promoter score, and mystery shopper results. Process bank deposits, perform cash register operations, and conduct daily reconciliations. Ensure secure and accurate use of cash registers, including opening, balancing, checking, and closing. Order stationery and boutique supplies promptly. Develop and maintain expert product knowledge. Stay updated on competitors and industry trends in luxury. Understand customer types and product categories to monitor sell-through in the boutique. Analyze sales and stock to ensure optimal inventory based on the boutique's cluster. Execute inventory management, reporting, and control via SOVIA tool. Manage product inventory, follow up on shortages, and prevent issues with a business perspective. Coordinate with Marketing for special activations, events, and campaign launches inside and outside the boutique. Manage profits, petty cash, and money laundering processes. Collaborate closely with ROM to follow boutique plans and ensure operational processes are followed. Customer Experience / Customer Relationships Maintain a customer-obsessed approach, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships. Provide high levels of customer service and ensure the team is committed to the same, including prompt responses to client requests and complaints. Supervise professional communication via text messages with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer repairs, ensure repairs are sent to SAV, and communicate repair status timely. Protect customer data and ensure professional data handling. Prospect new clients and follow up on CRM objectives. Support the team in closing sales of HA pieces. Reporting Prepare daily sales objectives and communicate them to the team. Monitor and share KPI results to develop strategic plans. Provide weekly analysis of boutique sales results to inform strategy and action plans. Share best practices during weekly meetings. Trainings Communicate, train, and coach the team effectively. Develop sales associates into HTI ambassadors. Train on retail signature ceremonies and clientelling best practices. Engage and inspire customers. Conduct weekly follow-ups via MeApp, e-learning, and team training sessions. Team Spirit Recruit, develop, train, and coach the boutique team. Maintain strong communication to align brand and boutique objectives. Set individual and store objectives for coaching and development. Proactively identify and hire new talent to elevate the business. Motivate the team and promote a positive, supportive work environment.
