Job Title: Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Project Lead Location: North America (NAM) Department: GSC NAM Transportation and Customs Reports to: NAM Transportation Transformation Manager Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Project Lead! In this role, you will serve as the North America Transportation Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting the integration of a global TMS strategy into North American operations to drive efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Expertise: Support priority supply chain transformation projects, including load planning optimization, freight audit process improvement, master data management, technical design for supply chain communication, and coordination of supply chain visibility milestones. Project Management: Manage weekly progress on transportation project milestones, ensuring timely execution. Operational Implementation: Play a key role in startup teams to ensure smooth tactical project execution. Financial Alignment: Calculate savings targets aligned with financial reporting. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for upcoming supply chain changes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related; Master’s preferred. 5+ years in Transportation Management, with domestic and international shipment experience preferred. Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency a plus. Skills Required: Experience leading digital initiatives in transportation. Proficient with TMS (especially Manhattan Global) and ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Knowledge across various transport modes. Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills. Analytical skills for data and financial analysis, advanced Excel capabilities. Understanding of management accounting and operational support within supply chain contexts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
