To meet our growth challenges we’re looking for proactive, enthusiastic, and talented professionals willing to join the team based in our Site in Apodaca, Nuevo León (Mexico), to develop new ideas, projects, and products.MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR The role will supervise the maintenance services for the industrial equipment under his responsibility.Responsibilities: Implementing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring the proper execution of corrective maintenance activities Provide technical support when required.Participate in the environmental and quality management systemAnalyze OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and downtime due to equipment failureEstablish standard work procedures for maintenance techniciansMaintain a training matrix for assigned personnelDevelop, implement, and monitor the preventive maintenance program for the area Requirements:Fluent English is a prerequisiteElectronics Engineering, Certified Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar5+ years of experience in Maintenance, development, and automation of equipmentKnowledge of molding machinesHydraulics of injection molding machinesExperience in roboticsProficiency in TPMJoin US!
