The Payroll Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance with system implementation, payroll processing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and collaborative team player. You must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This person will be based in our CDMX offices as part of our Mexico Support System Team and will report directly to our US based operations. (ENGLISH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION)Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsure an accurate and timely payroll by analyzing data, ensuring proper system set-up, including pay, statutory and voluntary deductionsDevelop implementation and process improvement projects in Paycom to streamline and automate manual workflowsAct as a key business partner with our HR and HRIS teams and our external service providersManage payroll-related projects including year-end preparation, support for annual audits, create and maintain payroll documentationManage and generate Payroll reports via report writersOther administrative duties as requiredQualificationsBA/BS degree in Finance / Business / Accounting requiredMinimum of 3 years functional experience in international payroll processing (US payroll HIGHLY preferred)Knowledge of Paycom systems, FLSA, IRS and US state rulesAdvanced Excel skills and report writing skillsAbility to work as a team or independently as situation requiresMust have strong project management skills and the ability to deliver assignments under tight deadlines with a calm mannerStrong communication skills, written/verbal, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels, including senior managementMust be organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlinesMust have unquestionable integrity and the exceptional ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive informationMust be results driven, flexible and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demandsMust be self-motivated, positive and proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environmentExperience with SalesForce*Please submit your resume in English*Benefits:* Base salary* Law benefits* Above law benefitsSalary: $58,000.00 - $66,000.00
