Responsibilities:This role will be responsible for compensation projects as well as providing employee support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies & programs.- Leads in the development of annual salary structures, compensation analyses ;- Leads annual merit increases, distribution & analysis;- Leads in compensation and benefit surveys to analyze the company’s position to market and competitiveness;- Reviews and provides consultation on compensation analyses such as market adjustments;- Conducts job evaluation and provide salary proposal esp. for senior level positions.- Daily administration of saving fund;- Loans registration and management of saving found;- Medical insurance administration and support to employees(for both Major & Minor Medical);- Life insurance administration and support to employees;- Ensure prompt and clear communication to employees reg. saving fund, medical expenses and life insurance etc.- Participation in onboarding process & attention to employeesQualifications:- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience;- Skilled in using Tress systems, and office software;- Well understanding of Mexican labor laws and tax regulations;- Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various departments;- Fluency in English;- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:Tienes experiencia en creacion de estructuras salariales y encuestas de mercado?Idioma:Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
