Job Title: SAP EDI Analyst About the role:Client is looking for a well-rounded IT Program Manager who can provide project and program leadership for technology projects within Client Digital Product and Technology organization. The Program Manager role will lead a complex Portfolio of IT projects and is accountable for the quality of the results, benefits realization, end user satisfaction and timely delivery, ensuring that projects are planned and executed in a manner consistent with company strategy, commitments, goals, and standards. In this role you will be required to manage and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams. The candidate should have experience running projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP EDI Analyst to support our B2B integrations. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions integrated with SAP. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, business partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless functionality of the solution across various business functions like Order to cash, Requisition to Pay, Logistics (3PL) and Manufacturing (MES).Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support EDI integrations (EDI maps, Connections) between SAP and external partners (customers, vendors, logistics providers, etc.)Analyze and troubleshoot EDI transactions (852, 850, 875, 810, 880, 855, 860, 865, 940, 945, 943, 944, 947, 846, etc.) and resolve any issues in a timely mannerConfigure, develop, and maintain SAP IDocs and interfaces relevant to EDI and ALE processesAnalyze gaps, and identify requirements for interfaces involving Idocs, XMLs and Flat filesCollaborate with SAP functional teams (SD, MM, LE, PP, APO, FI, etc.) to ensure EDI integration aligns with business needsWork with third-party EDI providers like IBM Sterling and manage EDI maps and connections with external trading partnersSupport onboarding new trading partners and expansion of EDI capabilitiesWrite mapping specifications for new EDI maps and map changesWrite technical and functional specifications for Idoc userexit developementMaintain EDI documentation including mapping specifications, partner profiles, and communication protocolsProvide end-user support and training as neededSupport testing and go-live activities for EDI projects or enhancementsQualifications:8+ years of experience working with EDI in an SAP environmentStrong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12), XML and SAP IDoc technologyExperience working in Managed service environment (IBM Sterling)Understanding of business processes and document flow involved in OTC, R2P, Logistics and Manufacturing.Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, LE and FIExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions and with external partnersExperience in project management Knowledge of ABAP, SAP PI/PO/CPI integration toolsExperience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environmentsFamiliarity with APIs, Axway, CPSITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
