We are seeking a highly skilled Driver Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing driver operations processes in their given region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales funnels and driver acquisition strategies, as well as proven customer relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: Driver Acquisition and Onboarding Develop and execute strategies to attract new drivers through offline channels. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new drivers. Work closely with marketing and acquisition teams to optimize recruitment campaigns. Driver Engagement and Retention Implement initiatives to improve driver engagement and satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver activity and retention. Conduct driver feedback sessions to address concerns and improve overall experience. Ensure teams are meeting targets for driver acquisition and activation. Optimize field team performance through coaching, goal setting, and performance tracking. Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis Track driver supply, activation rates, and overall marketplace health. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Compliance and Quality Control Ensure that all drivers meet the platform's quality and compliance standards. Oversee background checks, document verification, and driver training procedures. Requirements: Advanced English Proficiency Strong Understanding of Sales Funnels and Driver Acquisition Strategies Proven Customer Relationship Management Skills Intermediate or Advanced Excel Skills Availability for Business Travel Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a Related Field 3+ Years of Experience in Operations, Sales, or Field Team Management, Preferably in Ride Hailing or Delivery We offer a competitive salary range and opportunities for advancement and upward mobility within the organization.
