Job Title: Consumer Insights Analyst Description: The role of the Consumer Insights Analyst exists to provide the company with continuous, objective, and relevant information, analysis, and advice that allows it to understand consumers in depth and formulate brand and marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include providing leadership on consumer behavior, engagement, and personalized offers; developing analytical approaches to answer business questions and handle end-user reports; proactively mining data to build cross-platform analyses of consumer behavior; building in-depth analyses of consumer interactions with digital platforms; automating reports through data visualization tools; identifying consumer segments and supervising their performance over time; leveraging analytics to find opportunities that drive business growth and enable decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of work experience in Analytics/Digital with partner management and project management background in a large scale organization. Shown experience as a Data Analyst Manager or similar role, with a focus on Consumer behavior analysis, Digital Analytics and Digital Marketing. SQL Sophisticated, Dashboarding knowledge: building, configuring & customizing for democratization of data to enable easy use and reading data (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau, etc.). Excellent English written, oral and presentation/communication skills is a must. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail. Bachelor in Analytics/Digital Marketing (Master's degree would be an added advantage).
