Daily Responsibilities: 1) Inventory & Sales Management ●Conduct inventory analysis across retailers and distributors ●Monitor and evaluate store performance metrics ●Process and review purchase orders to ensure optimal stock levels 2) Retailer & Distributor Management ●Coordinate daily operations with retail partners and distributors ●Track and facilitate timely execution of new store openings ●Maintain regular communication to address operational needs 3) Market Intelligence & Support ●Track competitor activities including product launches and promotions ●Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns ●Provide general sales and marketing support as needed Requirements: ●Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential). ●Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. ●Prior experience in retail/data analysis (preferred). ●Fluent in both Spanish and English (written & verbal). ●Passion for the beauty industry with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude. ●Demonstrated career success and professional achievements.
