We are pleased to offer you the position ofProject Managerfor theGreen Bliss Development, to initiate in September 2025 , a luxury nature-integrated residential project located in Amapas, Puerto Vallarta. 1.Position DetailsTitle:Project Manager Type:Full-Time, On-site Start Date:September 2025 Location:Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco Reports To:Principal Developer & Board 2.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary:$50,000 – $70,000 MXN/month (based on experience) Performance Bonuses: $25,000 MXN upon site preparation completion $25,000 MXN at 50% construction progress $50,000 MXN at project handover/occupancy Additional Benefits: Cell phone allowance: $1,000 MXN/month Transportation allowance: $2,000–$3,000 MXN/month End-of-year discretionary bonus based on performance 3.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations and contractor coordination Ensure timeline, quality, and budget compliance Liaise with architects, engineers, and sales director Report regularly to COO and Principal Developer 4.RequirementsProven experience in real estate project or construction management Strong knowledge of local permitting and regulatory processes Bilingual (Spanish/English) Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel) 5.ConditionsThis offer is contingent upon successful reference checks and agreement to the terms in the employment contract.
