Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager Job Description: The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of G-Drive engine, P-Drive engine, power generation, marine engine, vehicle (trucks & bus) and machinery equipment business in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve set targets; Plan and conduct direct marketing activities to promote products and services; Maintain relationships with current and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction; Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition; Prepare reports on sales activities and performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or business major; At least 5 years' experience in diesel engine or power generation relevant field; Fluent level of Spanish and English language skills; Under 45 years old.
