International Sales Leader We are seeking an experienced International Sales Leader to spearhead our sales strategy in overseas markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans, establishing relationships with distributors and partners, and proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs. Sales Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of our operating model and marketing strategy. Leverage this knowledge to formulate quarterly and annual sales plans. Relationship Building: Spearhead the establishment of an overseas sales platform. Cultivate relationships with distributors and partners to expand market reach. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with overseas customers to understand their needs. Address inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in international sales. Proficiency in English as primary working language.
