Cuauhtémoc, CDMX Act as the primary on-site IT contact for the Mexico office Provide hands-on technical support to end users for hardware, software, and basic networking issues Serve as the point person for coordination with global IT teams (Networking and AV/Conferencing) Assist the Networking team with basic physical tasks, such as connecting network cables to switches Support the Conferencing/AV team by assisting with video conferencing setups, troubleshooting, and equipment checks Solve complex technical issues or escalate to the appropriate IT teams when necessary Ensure proper documentation of local IT incidents, tasks, and asset changes Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with users and remote IT staff Respond to escalated service requests from Help Desk associates and other team specialists, working to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine operator problems and make or coordinate repairs. Escalate the most complex issues to third-tier team members or other appropriate teams within IT Responsible for first and second level support and appropriate follow-up on IT systems, including PC's, printers, servers, and related IT hardware and software. Install software, desktop/laptop systems, and peripherals. Off-hours contact for any IT-related issues, including disaster recovery.
