Business Development Representative – Solar Sales 100% Remote | Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST Full-Time, Permanent Salary Options: Payroll: $17,000 – $20,500 MXN/month Direct Contractor: $20,000 – $25,000 MXN/month About the Role We're looking for a high-performing Sales Representative with a proven track record in virtual sales to join our fast-growing solar energy team. You'll be responsible for conducting online consultations, educating potential clients about solar panel solutions, and guiding them through the closing process—from proposal to signed contract. Key Responsibilities Conduct 3–5 virtual consultations daily via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms. Build rapport and educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. Present customized solar solutions tailored to client needs and budgets. Guide prospects through the sales and financing process (contracts, loan applications, etc.). Accurately update the CRM with customer information and appointment statuses. Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth handoff and documentation. Attend bi-weekly sales meetings and trainings to stay sharp and informed. Provide top-tier post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. What We're Looking For Experience as a Sales Closer or Inside Sales Rep (solar or home improvement sales is a big plus). Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Consistent ability to close deals in a high-volume remote sales environment. Familiarity with CRM tools to track sales and manage pipelines. A self-starter who thrives in remote work settings. Resilient, coachable, and driven by results. Bonus Points For Previous experience in the solar or roofing industry. Knowledge of solar financing options and the installation process.
