We are people-focused, data-driven, and accountable—to our guests and our clients.Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales Operations to lead the development of our new sales infrastructure in our CDMX office. This pivotal role will focus on building a high-performing sales function from the ground up, aligning strategy and execution to support a diverse portfolio of hotel brands across the US.The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an agile executor—someone who thrives in building systems, leading high-impact teams, and adapting to market trends with a creative and forward-thinking approach.
