Equipment Maintenance Leader The role involves overseeing the maintenance services for industrial equipment within a specific area of responsibility. Achieve effective implementation and execution of preventive maintenance programs, as well as corrective maintenance activities. Provide technical support when necessary to ensure optimal equipment performance. Participate in environmental and quality management systems to maintain high standards. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), mean time to repair (MTTR), mean time between failures (MTBF), and downtime due to equipment failure. Develop, implement, and monitor standard work procedures for maintenance technicians to enhance efficiency and productivity. Maintain a training matrix for assigned personnel to upskill and reskill team members. Create and manage preventive maintenance programs tailored to specific areas of operation. Requirements: Fluent English is essential for clear communication and collaboration. Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, certified industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in maintenance, development, and automation of equipment, with a focus on molding machines, hydraulics of injection molding machines, and robotics. Proficiency in total productive maintenance (TPM) principles and practices.
