You will lead planning sessions with the client and the Key Account Manager to understand their needs and develop tailored plans to achieve desired results. The role involves building strong relationships, ensuring solution adoption, and fostering account growth. This is a hybrid position, based in Mexico (contractor). Responsibilities include: Defining business objectives and success KPIs for assigned accounts Developing Account Plans and growth strategies with the Key Account Supporting the implementation of new solutions, channels, or use cases Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor KPIs and plan for the next period Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion Providing usage recommendations and best practices Escalating problems and early warning signs to prevent churn Delivering training tailored to clients’ business needs Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success managing enterprise clients Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Experience with Banking, Telco, and E-commerce clients Telecommunications experience is a plus Strong collaboration, teamwork, time management, and prioritization skills Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills Data management and analysis skills Strategic thinking with a results focus Problem-solving abilities Experience working in SaaS companies or startups Knowledge of UX design and automation of service channels is a plus Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, or Engineering (preferred) Advanced Project Management skills Fluent in English Experience with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight) What we offer: Work in a multicultural environment with international colleagues and clients Growth opportunities Day off on your birthday Celebration of work anniversaries Exceptional working environment Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function General Business, IT, Strategy/Planning Industries Technology, Information, Internet Referrals can double your chances of interview success at Aivo, an Engageware Company.
