Job Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee, manage, and maintain the operation of the warehousing project in accordance with established policies and regulations. This involves ensuring compliance with customer requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs). Main Responsibilities Ensure effective management of warehouse processes, including shipments, receipts, and inventory management. Implement customer follow-up procedures and ensure timely communication with customers. Develop and implement improvement proposals to optimize warehouse operations. Manage internal and external audits, as well as administrative and operational personnel. Ensure adherence to quality procedures and processes. Maintain productivity within the warehouse and ensure compliance with metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering experience.
