Communications Specialist This role plays a pivotal part in developing and delivering impactful communication initiatives across various sites. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for producing, managing, and implementing internal communication content and campaigns in alignment with corporate strategies to enhance employee engagement. Plan, edit, and manage editorial content in coordination with partners to maintain a consistent and engaging communication presence for prioritized audiences. Execution of comprehensive communication campaigns tailored for site-specific engagement. Support digital and corporate communications needs by editing and producing content for intranet, newsletters, and social media platforms. Design and produce motion graphics, video materials, and digital assets for both internal and external communication purposes. About This Role Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) in corporate communications, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong content creation skills for various platforms including print, digital, and social media. Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools. Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
