Sales Development and Support The ideal candidate will be a support in the activities of the team's daily operations, helping to develop reports for the sales team and looking for continuous improvement and automation of internal tools. Support in the activities of the Inside Sales Team. Creation of quotes, sales orders, invoices, credit memos in SAP B1. Support to customers as needed. Be proactive in the team and support inside sales activities. Coordinate shipments with our warehouse. Creation of production orders, production issuance and production receipt. Support to the Inside Sales Coordinator. Creation of sales and stock reports. Support with specific tasks related to visualize KPIs for the department. Support specific activities of the Inside Sales Representatives. Trigger certificates from our business site. Create ASN's for customers as needed. Support in the customer portal. Support with Salesforce in capturing opportunities. Support in creating solutions within the Inside Sales department. Key Qualifications Current student in a Bachelor's Degree in a related field: International Business, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Engineering. Good analytical skills. Advanced English communication. Strong Communication Skills - Oral and Written. Proficient Computer Skills - Excel and Word and fast learner about new systems. Proactive attitude and initiative skills. Customer service-oriented attitude. Contribute ideas to improve processes in the sales area. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce and/or SAP experience. Knowledge in Power BI.
