Spare Parts WH excutive Person to join our after sales team in the area of spare parts management for our customers' facilities. Your responsibilities and activities will include: 1. Creating quotations, selling parts and fulfilling customer requests in Mexico. 2. Create and follow up on internal purchase orders, coordinated with Knapp Brazil and Austria subsidiary, as well as follow up on customer PO's to Knapp Mexico. 3. Knowledge of an ERP system desirable. 4. Registration in the system of warehouse entries and exits, as well as scheduling receipts and physical deliveries of orders with suppliers and customers. 5. Restocking of parts according to the demand and rotation of the masses. 6. Inventory control and distribution of spare parts, complying with delivery times. 7. Maintain the inventory management system up to date. 8. Review and update price lists. 9. Controls and manages the processes of return of materials and warranty with suppliers and customers on time. 10. Desirable knowledge in the processes of import and export of materials. 11. Control data of materials to request invoicing of orders according to schedule. 12. Intermediate English, office package, 3 years of experience.
