Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – English & Spanish This is a remote opportunity to work with a leading global brand, supporting a major manufacturing client. We are seeking a skilled Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. About the Role The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across multiple platforms, managing a high volume of niche and technical positions, and building strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles. Main Responsibilities Sourcing and Screening: Proactively identify top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and other databases; screen candidates based on role requirements. Candidate Management: Support up to 15 active roles at a time, ensuring a smooth handoff to recruiters for submission to hiring managers. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles in utilities, plant operations, and manufacturing. Requirements 1-3 years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment practices and job markets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
