Responsible for ensuring that all facilities andinfrastructure necessary for production operations are properlydesigned, constructed, operated, and maintained. The FacilitiesEngineer is responsible for overseeing the design, construction,operation, and maintenance of all facilities and infrastructurewithin the manufacturing plant. This includes managing projectsrelated to facility improvement, ensuring compliance with safetyand environmental regulations, and optimizing facility performanceto support production operations. RESPONSIBILITIES · Collaboratewith architects, engineers, and contractors to design and constructnew facilities or modify existing ones to meet production needs. ·Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for facilityconstruction and renovation projects. · Coordinate constructionactivities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safetyregulations, and company standards. · Oversee the day-to-dayoperation and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC,plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. · Implementpreventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensureoptimal performance of facility equipment. · Troubleshoot equipmentand facility-related issues, coordinating repairs and maintenanceactivities as needed. · Oversee the day-to-day operation andmaintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing,electrical, and fire protection systems. · Implement preventivemaintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimalperformance of facility equipment. · Troubleshoot equipment andfacility-related issues, coordinating repairs and maintenanceactivities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS · Minimum number of 2-4 yearsof experience in facilities field. · Bachelor's degree inEngineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, orFacilities Engineering. · Previous experience in facilitiesmanagement or engineering within a manufacturing environment. ·Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, includingHVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. ·Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, andbuilding codes applicable to manufacturing facilities. · Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors,and regulatory agencies.
