Develop and update training programs, materials, and knowledge bases. Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for training improvements. Maintain training records and provide ongoing coaching. Work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, ensuring an engaging learning experience. What You'll Need: 1+ years of training experience, including program development and management (at least 1 year in a call center/customer service environment preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office proficiency. Flexibility to work a variable schedule between 6 AM and 11 PM, including weekends as needed.
