This role requires on-site presence at our Mexico office in Col. Cuauhtémoc, CDMX. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Main Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and basic networking issues. Act as the primary on-site IT contact for the Mexico office and coordinate with global IT teams (Networking and AV/Conferencing). Solve complex technical issues or escalate to the appropriate IT teams when necessary. Ensure proper documentation of local IT incidents, tasks, and asset changes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge. Experience with Windows Terminal Server end-user support. Proficient with mobile device support - iPhone. Familiarity with printer technologies. Knowledge of video conference & meeting room technology. Familiarity with Dell workstation hardware and MacBook hardware. Experience with ServiceNow.
