The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for enhancing the quality systems within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Standardization Risk Management Quality Audits Team Building Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant work experience. They should be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify potential risks, develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards, and perform internal and external quality audits. In this role, you will build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training, and performance evaluations. You will also interact with key partners to obtain constructive feedback and participate in process improvement programs. This position requires a critical thinker who can analyze root causes and implement preventive actions to improve our quality systems.
