Job Description: This role is key in maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting technical and post-sales operations. The Customer Support and Parts Coordinator will provide timely and accurate support for customer quotations, spare parts management, and chatbot interactions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send customer quotations accurately and in a timely manner. Manage the spare parts inventory, including reception, dispatch, and storage. Operate and update the customer service chatbot for technical and general inquiries. Translate technical documents, manuals, and internal communications. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and quotations. Coordinate with the logistics and technical service teams to ensure availability and delivery of parts. Support walk-in customers at the warehouse with product information and service guidance. Conduct regular inventory counts and updates in the system. Drive to pick up or deliver parts as needed. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers when needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 100% of quotations sent within 24 hours. Inventory accuracy ≥ 98%. Chatbot response update time ≤ 1 business day. Translation delivery on-time rate ≥ 95%. Customer satisfaction score ≥ 8.5/10. Zero stockouts of critical parts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and inventory/CRM systems. Valid driver's license.
