This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Plan and coordinate activities of a large team across multiple departments to comply with production and costs programs; Ensure all operating procedures and policies are executed properly, and (ii) Maintain an efficient operation; ensure alignment with the business operations or operational priorities (safety, quality, customer service, people, and cost). Requires 2+ years of experience in production with a bachelor's degree; 7+ years of production experience without a bachelor's degree and a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as defined. Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as defined.
