**Implementation Project Lead**: We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead complex implementation projects and drive business growth. About the Role As an Implementation Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that meet client goals and expectations. Your expertise in configuration, integration, and project management will enable you to design tailored solutions that drive long-term value. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop effective implementation strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding:** Collaborate with key stakeholders to define client goals and implementation strategies. Advanced Configuration and Solution Design:** Design and implement complex workflows, automations, and integrations tailored to each client. Project Leadership:** Manage high-impact implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met while aligning internal and external stakeholders. Team Mentorship:** Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning. Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate potential project risks with preventive and corrective measures. Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation, ensuring a positive and trusted experience. Post-Go-Live Support Oversight:** Oversee early production use and coordinate a smooth handoff to support and customer success teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience leading SaaS or enterprise software implementations. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Highly skilled in REST APIs, data structures, and integration technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, etc.). Able to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
