Financial Analysis Role As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information to identify trends and variations. This includes generating reports for plant staff, division, and corporate levels. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data to provide insights into budget performance. Prepare reports that cater to different stakeholders, including plant staff and corporate. Manage accounting records, plant expenses, and budget planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Oversee scrap area operations, reconcile produced units, and assist with inventory management. Conduct financial analysis for projects and support external audit processes. Requirements and Qualifications: Possess a professional degree in Public Accounting or a related field. Have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in accounting or finance. Be proficient in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders. Familiarity with accounting software and audit operations is highly desirable.
