Manage and secure the company's resources to achieve strategic business objectives, as well as coordinate the different departments to achieve established metrics and standards. Verify that the quality systems and manufacturing processes are followed by the entire production team and the technical department to ensure product quality. Generate work strategies to ensure the maintenance and improvement of the Operations area's indicators. Guarantee the different processes to reduce opportunity areas and downtime to achieve MU goals in all operational and/or production areas. Manage the generation and implementation of improvement ideas. Manage compliance with the area's safety guidelines, as well as their implementation and monitoring of legal procedures applicable to the Operations area. Analyze financial reports (efficiency, scrap, and control systems) for decision-making and analysis. Provide the necessary resources to maintain the company's implemented systems.
