No I.T. experience is required—what we value most is hard work, persistence, and a strong desire to succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, researching leads, and setting sales appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives. Responsibilities: Utilize CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other software tools to research potential prospects. Update and maintain lead and customer information in the CRM system. Maintain an organized book of business. Conduct proactive outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to set sales appointments. Follow up on leads and nurture potential clients through the sales funnel. Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Requirements: CRM experience. Proficiency in Outlook and strong calendar management skills. Native or excellent English skills (spoken and written). High energy and resilience—must be comfortable making hundreds of cold calls per week. Thick skin—not afraid of rejection and can push through to find success. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. What We Offer: Competitive Base Salary: $20,000 MXN per month.
