JOB POSITION SCOPE: Annual Standard Costing: Directlyresponsible for the application of processes for compliance withcost allocations in production and consumption materials. - Carryout all procedures in a timely manner for the correct allocation ofstandard costs for the database of finished products,sub-assemblies, raw materials and packaging. - Review of productionversions. - Advice on resolving errors in the execution of databasecosting. - Analysis of expenses and hours, manufacturing costs,maintenance and updating of internal production orders. - Loadinginformation to SAP regarding expenses, hours, Activity Types andSKF's. - Analysis of variations of +/-10% and/or +/- $10K annuallyin finished products, subassemblies, raw materials and packagingmaterials. - Collect annual expense information for the preparationof the annual report for the customs department. - Analysis andmaintenance in allocation cycles. - Standard cost execution.Monthly Closing Execution: Directly responsible for the applicationand execution of the monthly closure of production, externalsterilization, manufacturing and distribution plants. - Support. -Carry out all procedures in a timely manner for the correct closingof the month in the allocation of expenses to the manufacturingcost centers. - Weekly Review and Analysis of Expenses andproduction hours. - Review and Analysis of material consumption. -Process information for the result of current manufacturing cost(allocation). - Perform expense analysis, production hours, freightanalysis, - Material cost analysis, - Analysis of annual standardcost variations, - Weekly reports for prevention and correctionpurposes, forecast of hours and expenses, hourly production rate. -Monthly summary of plant behavior. Weekly, Monthly and AnnualAnalysis: Responsible for weekly preventive and corrective analysisfor decision making. Monthly analysis of current spending and plan.Annual analysis of cost variations in materials, operating costsand expenses. Responsible for providing information support for theannual report of the customs department of the different companies(Mexico and Honduras). - Carry out variation analysis of expensesand production hours. - Freight analysis in the cost of externalsterilization and manufacturing plants. - Analysis of materialcosts, - Analysis of annual standard cost variations, - Weeklyreports for prevention and correction purposes, preparation ofmonthly forecast of hours and expenses, - Calculation of cost perhour. - Monthly summary of plant behavior. - Provide annualinformation to the customs department for the preparation of theCost Submission. Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations -Assign standard costs for new products, as well as new versions ofexisting products, working directly with other areas related to theprocess to obtain a cost in a timely and accurate manner. - AnalyzeBOM (Bill of materials) and product recipes that include routes,cost per hour and product preparation time, for the propercalculation of the standard cost, as well as reporting andfollowing up on any discrepancies that may arise, thus avoidingincorrect cost. - Analyze the average cost of raw materials,ensuring that changes in them are reasonable and follow up on anyvariations that may have a financial impact on the cost of theproducts. - Maintain updated freight costs by moving productsbetween production plants, sterilization centers, and distributioncenters. - Periodically carry out the cost adjustment process forall products, identifying errors and following up on theircorrection for correct costing, analyzing the variations betweeneach period and explaining the root cause that impacts theinventory revaluation. - Weekly analysis of variations between planand current: - Consumption of materials, determine root cause suchas price, quantity, replacement of materials, scrap. - Productionhours. - Expenses related to the cost of plant operation.Qualifications / Education / Experience - EDUCATION: Bachelor'sDegree in Accounting/Finance. - ENGLISH: Advanced. - EXPERIENCIE: 3to 5 years.
