We are seeking a Classification and Customs Reconciliation Specialist to ensure compliance with all applicable Customs regulations worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Accurate Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications for the United States, the European Union, and other World Trade Organization countries Maintain audit-ready documentation to support Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications Determine correct ECCN classifications for WNC products, components, supplies, and materials Identify and classify dangerous goods, providing UN labeling and documentation requirements Implement internal controls, including written procedures, to ensure import compliance Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in MX HS Classification (essential) Able to correctly assign harmonized tariff codes to products Demonstrated problem-solving ability, communication skills, and global mindset Detail-oriented, possessing good analytical skills; able to anticipate problems and diffuse situations Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks with little supervision Customer-focused, strong team member, able to adapt to dynamic group roles Fluent in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio) 5+ years of working experience Bachelor's degree in related fields Additional Requirements: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
