Job Description We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and be able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Main Responsibilities Oversee station inbound/outbound air/ocean/road day to day operations Troubleshoot operation issues and implement solutions Set up and implement operation processes to improve efficiency Establish KPIs to control operation service quality Liaise with overseas stations to provide seamless services across Mexico and USA Coordinate with MD to provide necessary business intelligence reports Detailed Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Train new personnel on logistics and operations software (Cargowise) Coordinate logistics shipments import/export, air/ocean, warehouse, and trucking Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts efficiently Manage client onboarding and maintenance specific to Freight, including Audit, Freight Pay, and TMS, as well as implementation of new services for existing clients (less-than-truckload, international, freight forwarding, warehousing, and/or truckload) Manage client offboarding specific to Freight (less-than-truckload, international, freight forwarding, warehousing, and/or truckload) Manage overseas audit process, ensuring accurate auditing of clients' Freight invoices according to company and client-specific SOPs Manage direct reports with responsibilities for Freight Audit and Managed Services Perform data analysis for clients related to Freight shipments Manage Freight RFPs for clients, including bid preparation, rate comparison, and analysis, as well as implementation of new carriers Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas to enhance our processes and technology offering related to Freight Audit, Freight Pay, and TMS Manage Special Projects as assigned
