Job Description

Objective:Manage and optimize the business’s administrative and operational resources, ensuring financial control, efficiency in daily processes, and regulatory compliance. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations with a strong results-oriented approach.Key Responsibilities: • Comprehensive control of expenses, income, budgets, and petty cash. • Daily monitoring of income, expenses, and bank reconciliations. • Supervision of daily operations: teams, suppliers, logistics, and general services. • Preparation of monthly reports: results, deviations, and key pending issues. • Review and management of contracts, accounts payable/receivable, and budget flow. • Coordination with banks, suppliers, accountants, lawyers, and the treasury department. • Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory obligations. • Support in internal audits and internal control processes. • Identify and implement continuous improvement in administrative and operational processes.Required Profile: • 4 to 7 years of experience in similar roles (ideally in fast-paced or growing companies). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. • Advanced English. • Advanced Excel skills (financial formulas, budget control, analysis). • Ability to make minor operational decisions independently. • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, follow-up, and execution. • Willingness to travel. • Valid visa.Soft Skills: • Highly organized, accurate, and reliable in handling numbers and reports. • Ability to operate existing processes and create new ones when needed. • Clear, timely, and effective communication with different departments and levels. • Proactive, solution-focused, and good time management. • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across different functional areas.
